At Alpha Design, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Since our products are digital website templates, they are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once a template has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
- You purchased the same template more than once by mistake.
- You experience a technical issue with the template that we cannot resolve after support.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at Contact@alpha_design.pro within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll review your request.
